1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the STPI Skillup Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.
2. User Eligibility
The Portal is intended for Indian citizens seeking skill development opportunities. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Accuracy of Information
All information submitted during registration and application must be truthful and accurate. Submission of false information, forged documents, or misrepresentation of qualifications is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of candidature, and may attract legal action under applicable laws.
5. Application Fees
Application fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where the course is cancelled by the training centre. Fee amounts are as specified on each course listing page.
6. Selection Process
Selection decisions are made solely by the respective training centres based on merit, eligibility, and available seats. The Portal merely facilitates the application process and does not guarantee admission to any programme. Selection results are final and binding.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not: attempt to hack or disrupt the Portal; create multiple accounts; upload malicious files; misuse others' credentials; or engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Software Technology Parks of India and the Portal administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Portal. The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
